Kosciuszko, Australia's highest peak. Imagine the rush of spring snowmelt feeding the river's nascent energy as it embarks on its epic journey to the distant sea.

Downstream, the Murray cradles itself in the tranquil embrace of Lake Hume, a sparkling jewel nestled between New South Wales and Victoria. Following the Murray further, we reach the charming river town of Echuca, once a bustling hub for the iconic paddle steamers that plied these waters. Barmah's Enchanting Embrace and Outback Encounters

As the Murray flows northwest, it enters the enchanting Barmah Forest, a labyrinth of towering red gum trees and verdant undergrowth.
