The run north from Packsaddle to Milparinka is about 120 km and well worth the stopover before the final 40 km into Tibooburra.
If there is no wish to break the drive, the alternative is to take the Corner Explorer touring route back from Cameron Corner.
With Tibooburra as a base — either before heading out to Cameron Corner or on the return — the Corner is a 120 km trip through genuine outback country, with wonderful scenic highlights along the way.
